Russia allows foreigners to issue QR codes for antibodies

Foreigners will be able to issue COVID-certificates for antibodies on the portal of public services, follows from the decision of the HEAD of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova. The document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The condition for this is “the presence of an immune response (IgG antibodies (S-protein)) to the causative agent of covid-19 , identified by the results of laboratory studies conducted on the territory of the Russian Federation and transferred to the federal state information system“ Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions )".

To obtain a certificate of the presence of antibodies, foreign citizens must pass a test for neutralizing proteins, indicating their full name, passport data, then enter information on the “specialized page” of the public services website: date of birth, ID number and “order number of the laboratory test”. The certificate will be generated automatically in Russian and English, you can send it to yourself by e-mail or download it in PDF format.

On February 21, RUSSIA began issuing certificates based on a test for antibodies to COVID-19. Previously, those who had been vaccinated, had been ill, or who had contraindications to vaccination could apply for a QR code.
