More than 400 cases of COVID-19 registered in the region per day

On the morning of September 22, 407 cases of CORONAVIRUS were confirmed in the Kaliningrad region. 71 people were hospitalized in hospitals, 316 patients recovered, doctors did not record lethal cases. This is reported by the information center for monitoring the situation with the infection.

In the two years since the beginning of the pandemic in the region, the total number of cases was 183,939. 178,356 Kaliningraders recovered, 1,964 died.

As RBC Kaliningrad wrote, according to the HEAD of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor Elena Babur, there is a load on the healthcare system, but it is not critical. The level of hospitalization, and therefore severe forms of diseases that require intensive care, is low. This suggests that the immune layer of the population is formed.
