Mandatory COVID vaccination introduced in Pskov and Tambov regions

Mandatory vaccination of 60% of employees in education, healthcare, trade, housing and communal services, as well as theaters and cinemas has been introduced in the Pskov region. This is stated in the decision of the HEAD of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, chief sanitary DOCTOR of the region Alexander Nesteruk, published on the website of the department.

Thus, preventive vaccinations against CORONAVIRUS infection are necessary for citizens working in the areas of trade, domestic services, catering, transport, taxis, education, healthcare, social protection, social services, housing and communal services and energy, cultural and exhibition events, leisure, entertainment and sports events, as well as employees of beauty salons, multifunctional centers, children's playrooms, theaters, cinemas and concert halls.

The document specifies that 60% of workers must receive their first covid-19 vaccine by July 23 of this year, and the second by August 13. it says that since the beginning of 2021, the incidence of coronavirus has increased by 62.1% in the region.
