The corresponding decision, based on the instructions of the chief sanitary doctor for St. Petersburg, was taken by Governor Alexander Beglov.

From June 20, up to 3,000 people will be allowed into the Euro fan zone on Konyushennaya Square, and up to 1,000 people will be allowed into the territory of the theme park in Yubileiny. From June 21, water parks and attractions are closed. Events with more than 75 people will be allowed only with a negative test for COVID, the limit on the number of visitors is 500. From June 22, water transport will be able to operate only “subject to the updating of the safe operation standard by carriers.”
