
The Petrogradsky District COURT of St. Petersburg has sentenced two defendants in the case of issuing fictitious certificates of vaccination against CORONAVIRUS. This was announced on November 18 by the joint press service of the city courts.
Nurses Darya Drozdova and Maria Shelestova were found guilty under the article on misrepresentation of information about events that pose a danger to life or HEALTH of people (part 1 of article 237 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.). The court found that in 2021, the girls jointly entered into the electronic system information about supposedly carried out vaccinations, after which they issued the relevant certificates. For a fictitious document, medical workers took a fee of 5 thousand rubles per person. it is known that there were at least four such patients.
The girls pleaded not guilty. The court imposed a fine of 150,000 rubles on each. Note that the maximum penalty under this article is two years in prison.
