The share of residents of St. Petersburg who received two doses of the vaccine, but fell ill with CORONAVIRUS, is 1.7% of the total number of those vaccinated, Boris Vishnevsky, a member of the city parliament, said on FACEBOOK, citing the response of the health committee.
“A total of 860,000 people have passed two stages of vaccination. 14.6 thousand people fell ill after the second stage. Only 1.7 percent,” wrote Vishnevsky, publishing the relevant data of the Komzdrav as of July 23.
According to the response from the health committee, as of July 23, there were 819,768 people in St. Petersburg who were fully vaccinated with Sputnik V. After the second component, 13,466 of them fell ill, which is 1.64%.
As of July 23, 16,269 citizens received two components of EpiVacCorona, of which 988 people, or 6.07%, later became infected with the coronavirus. 24,601 people were fully vaccinated with KoviVac, of which 218 citizens, or 0.89%, fell ill.
