Less than 300 cases of COVID detected in Perm region per day

Over the past day in the Perm region, coronavirus infection was detected in 299 people. The region is ranked 6th in terms of the daily increase in patients with COVID among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Of the new patients, 40 are vaccinated. During this period , 13 people died from COVID-19 . Over the entire period of the pandemic in the region, 7,590 patients died from coronavirus. The total number of infected in the Perm Territory has reached 163,908.

To date, in the Perm Territory, 192 patients are in serious condition in hospitals repurposed for treatment from COVID-19, 89 are connected to ventilators. Among the severe patients, 8 were vaccinated.

According to the Ministry of Health of the Perm Territory, almost 1.3 million residents of the region have been vaccinated with the first component since the beginning of mass vaccination in the region. Of these, more than 1.2 million have completed the course of immunization - they have received the first and second components. The share of available beds is 43.7%.
