In the Perm Territory, 23 people died from COVID per day

Over the past day in the Perm region, CORONAVIRUS infection was detected in 4,408 people. Of these, 674 are children. Of the new patients, 421 are vaccinated. In terms of the daily increase in covid cases, the region ranks 5th among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
During the day , 23 people died from covid-19 . During the entire period of the pandemic in the region, 8,251 patients died from coronavirus. The total number of infected in the Perm Territory has reached 301,478.
To date, in the Perm Territory, 347 patients are in serious condition in hospitals repurposed for treatment from COVID-19, 113 are connected to ventilators. Among the severe patients, 24 were vaccinated. The share of available beds is 22.8%.
According to the Ministry of HEALTH of the Perm Territory, since the beginning of mass vaccination in the region, more than 1.4 million residents of the region have been vaccinated with the first component. Of these, 1.34 million have completed the course of immunization - they have received the first and second components.
