In early May, preferential mortgages for IT specialists began to operate in Russia. To subsidize this type of mortgage lending, the Government of the Russian Federation will allocate 1.5 billion rubles from the reserve fund. The authorities believe that with its help, about 10 thousand IT specialists will be able to improve their living conditions.
