In Novosibirsk, a third of employers insist on mandatory vaccination

34% of employers from the Novosibirsk region insist on mandatory vaccination. 54% of employers did not put pressure on employees in this matter. This is reported in the study hh.ru.

According to a survey conducted in October, it turned out that 27% of Novosibirsk confirmed that they had already been vaccinated against covid-19, 73% had not yet done so. Most often, a positive answer was given by representatives of the areas of "medicine, pharmaceuticals", "marketing, advertising, PR", "production, agriculture", "top management" and "construction, real estate".

More than half of the respondents have a negative attitude towards mandatory vaccination (64%), 30% of respondents support such measures. Moreover, the older the employees, the higher their loyalty to these requirements. Most of those who oppose mandatory vaccination are personnel officers (70%), lawyers (68%), representatives of the restaurant and hotel business (67% each).

Among unvaccinated applicants, only 24% are ready to get vaccinated for the sake of keeping a job or guaranteed employment, 65% will not do this.
