188 COVID-19 vaccination points opened in Nizhny Novgorod region

There is no need to place additional points in shopping and entertainment centers today
In the Nizhny Novgorod Region, 188 covid-19 vaccination points have been opened , 33 of them are mobile. This was reported in the regional Ministry of HEALTH.
To date, more than 2.1 million people have already been vaccinated in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
“There is no need in the region to attract large shopping or entertainment centers to organize additional vaccination points. We have enough points on the territory of medical institutions, field trips are stably organized. However, the attention of citizens to the issue of maintaining their health and observing preventive measures should not weaken,” commented David Melik-Guseinov, Deputy Governor and Minister of Health of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
Medical organizations in the Nizhny Novgorod region have a sufficient number of vaccines: more than 172,000 Sputnik V kits for adults and about 300 Sputnik M kits for children. In total, almost 2.4 million sets of anti-COVID vaccines have been delivered to the region since the start of the pandemic.
