Moscow Vice Mayor for Social Development Anastasia Rakova called the capital's Moscow nursing homes zones free from covid-19 , the capital's operational headquarters said in a statement.

For six months of vaccination in the capital in Moscow nursing homes, not a single case of CORONAVIRUS infection was detected. At the same time, a revaccination campaign in boarding schools has started in the capital.

“About 15,000 residents with an average age of over 60 live in Moscow nursing homes. At the end of last year, we carried out a mass vaccination of those living in these institutions with Sputnik V. <...> And since then, not a single case of coronavirus has been recorded in boarding houses among those vaccinated,” the vice mayor said.

The re-vaccination campaign is necessary to maintain zero incidence in boarding schools, Rakova added.
