In Moscow, the level of herd immunity to COVID-19 has decreased

In Moscow, the level of herd immunity was 72%, which is 20 b.p. lower than a week earlier (72.2%), according to the data of the operational headquarters for the fight against CORONAVIRUS.

At the same time, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that in RUSSIA as a whole, the level of herd immunity increased from 58.2% to 60.4%.

The target for herd immunity in Russia is 80%. This level has already been overcome by Sevastopol, where a week ago it was 88.7%. This week, the rate in the city reached 90.2%.

According to Golikova, today the threshold of 80% of residents with immunity to covid was also able to overcome the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (80.3%).
