Moscow has announced new winners of a car raffle among those who received their first vaccine against CORONAVIRUS, according to the portal of the capital's mayor's office. These are Ivan, Alexander, Azim and two Valentines.
The authorities began to raffle cars to encourage residents to get vaccinated. The winners of the car received the first dose of the vaccine from July 26 to August 1.
