In Moscow, on the last evening before the lockdown, the maximum possible traffic jams of ten points are expected. This follows from the data of the Yandex.Traffic service.

According to the service, as of 17:52 Moscow time, traffic jams on the capital's roads reached nine points. At the same time, traffic jams of ten points were recorded in 19 places, nine points - in 18 places, eight points - in 20 places.

On average, in the capital, traffic jams will reach ten points by 19:00, follows from the information from Yandex.Traffic.

The lockdown in Moscow will last from October 28 to November 7, follows from the decree of the mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanin. He made this decision after Russian President Vladimir Putin declared non-working days from October 30 to November 7. Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova proposed introducing a non-working week, explaining the need for this measure by the increase in the number of new cases of CORONAVIRUS infection.
