Russians with a positive rapid test result for an antigen to CORONAVIRUS will receive certificates of a recovered person, Alexei Kuznetsov, Assistant Minister of HEALTH of RUSSIA, told TASS.

Obtaining a certificate is possible provided that the test was done by a medical professional, and not by a person on their own.

Earlier, the Moscow operational headquarters reported that, according to the decree of the HEAD of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, dated February 4, when counting cases of covid-19, in addition to PCR tests, the results of tests for the presence of an antigen to the pathogen (rapid tests) carried out in clinics are taken into account. At the same time, it is not necessary to wait for confirmation of the results of the PCR study. The headquarters added that if the previous methodology for recording new cases was maintained, a significant drop in the incidence would have been observed on February 10.

From February 21, a certificate of a person who has recovered from coronavirus with a QR code can be obtained if there are antibodies in the blood. In this case, their number will not matter. The validity of such a certificate will be six months from the date of the analysis.

For a year, those who have been vaccinated, officially ill (with an appeal to a DOCTOR), as well as those who had a positive PCR test and received a positive result on the presence of antibodies in the blood can receive a covid certificate. In addition, the government announced the introduction of certificates for people who have contraindications to vaccination.
