The mayor's office of Moscow considered unlikely the abolition of the mask regime

The probability of canceling the mask-and-glove regime in Moscow is low. This was announced in an interview with "Echo of Moscow" by the first deputy HEAD of the apparatus of the mayor and the government of Moscow, head of the department of trade and services of the capital Alexei Nemeryuk.

“There is no final decision yet for one simple reason that the CORONAVIRUS has not yet been defeated. Still, masks and seals, distance help save lives - this is already a proven fact, ”he said.

According to him, control over compliance with the mask regime is carried out “almost everywhere” and the percentage of wearing masks is “quite high”.

In addition, Nemeryuk said that the decision to resume the work of festivals in Moscow will be made after the May holidays. “Most likely, they will resume,” he added.
