In Latvia, particularly strict restrictions have been lifted for vaccinated and recovered patients who have a digital covid certificate. This was reported by the online edition Rus.lsm.lv with reference to the words of the HEAD of the operational management group Janis Citskovskis.
“Practically all services and activities will be carried out only in the “green mode”, that is, they will be available to holders of certificates of vaccination or CORONAVIRUS, but not to persons with a negative test for covid-19,” the publication retold the words of Zitskovskis.
Latvian medical institutions and state centers issue COVID-certificates to those citizens who have been ill with coronavirus, have been vaccinated against it, or have received a negative result of laboratory tests. At the same time, Latvians can receive a vaccination certificate if they are vaccinated within six months after a positive test for coronavirus with Pfizer, Moderna, ASTRAZENECA vaccines. Two weeks must pass after vaccination.
