QR codes for visiting public places returned in Crimea

In Crimea, the system of QR codes in public places has resumed. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the region Sergey Aksenov on January 13.

Now residents of the region must present a QR code, vaccination certificate or a certificate of recent COVID-19, or a negative PCR test result when visiting public places. These include catering establishments, shopping centers, beauty salons, fitness clubs, cinemas, theaters and museums. Documents will have to be presented during walking or bus excursions.

You do not need to show QR codes only in restaurants and cafes located at railway stations or at the airport.

Since January 17, check-in to hostels has also been suspended, entertainment events in the premises are prohibited. Karaoke clubs, hookahs, nightclubs and dance clubs should also suspend work.
