
Unvaccinated tourists who checked into hotels in the Krasnodar Territory, but did not get vaccinated within three days, as required by the new rules, will not be evicted, the regional operational headquarters reported, TASS reports. However, in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO), they may face a fine.
“The hotel is not authorized to take such action [to evict tourists]. Responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of the signed consent lies with the tourist, violation of voluntary consent also falls under Art. 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence”). And it can threaten a tourist with a fine of up to 30 thousand rubles,” the headquarters said.
The new rules for tourist accommodation will come into effect in the region from August 1. Only tourists vaccinated against covid-19 will be able to stay in hotels, boarding houses, sanatoriums and other accommodation facilities . And even the first vaccination is enough for settling. It is also possible to check in with a negative PCR test, however, in this case, the vacationer must be vaccinated at the place of rest within three days.

This rule also applies to those who come to the resorts for one to three days. If a person does not have time to be vaccinated in the Krasnodar Territory, he must do it after leaving, otherwise he may be held accountable.
