
Negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations are constantly held in the format of videoconferences, the preliminary results of the parties will be summed up at the session on March 14. This was announced on Twitter by the adviser to the HEAD of the office of the President of Ukraine, a member of the delegation of Kyiv at the talks with Moscow, Mikhail Podolyak.
“Negotiations continue non-stop in the format of video conferences. Working groups are constantly functioning. On Monday, March 14, a negotiating session will be held to sum up the preliminary results," Podolyak wrote.

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "military operation" in Ukraine on February 24.
