190 patients with COVID-19 identified in the Kaliningrad region

In the Kaliningrad region over the past day, 190 cases of coronavirus have been detected, 151 people have recovered, there are no deaths. This is reported by the regional operational headquarters.

In 163 infected people, the infection occurs in the form of acute respiratory viral infections, in 8 - in the form of pneumonia, another 19 people are asymptomatic.

Among the infected children: four preschoolers under six years old who do not attend kindergarten, three kindergarteners, 12 schoolchildren, seven students (BFU, College of Mechatronics and Food Industry, College of Entrepreneurship, CTIP Ozersk, Pedagogical College in Chernyakhovsk, Kaliningrad Business College).

Among adult patients: 14 pensioners, 42 individual entrepreneurs, 36 non-working citizens, four specialists from educational institutions, a bank employee. Also, the infection was confirmed in 18 employees of trade and public catering enterprises, 15 employees of industrial enterprises, three employees of transport companies, 11 food industry workers, five employees of housing and communal services, four employees of agricultural enterprises, and three security guards. Two infected were identified in a hotel, sanatoriums, household companies and cultural institutions.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, a total of 50,943 infected people have been registered in the region, 46,910 have been ill, and 732 have died.
