So, the governor of the Vladimir region Vladimir Sipyagin signed a decree on tightening the requirements for visitors to public places on July 8. The work of restaurants, cafes, canteens, buffets, bars, eateries and other catering establishments in the region is now possible only on the condition that only those who have a vaccination certificate or a negative test for covid-19 will be allowed to eat in them . Any mass events in the open air or in a fenced area for those who do not have these documents are also prohibited.

A certificate of the presence of antibodies is also accepted, according to the region's website. In both regions, minors will be allowed into such establishments only when accompanied by adults.
In the Vladimir region, from July 12, the activities of children's entertainment centers, children's playrooms, including those located on the territory of shopping, shopping and entertainment centers and complexes, have been suspended. Only vaccinated visitors or those who have a negative PCR test result will be allowed into beauty salons, beauty salons, spas, massage parlors, solariums, saunas, as well as cafes. The same requirements will apply to visitors to fitness centers, swimming pools, cinemas and nightclubs.
