Europeans who have received a certificate of vaccination against covid-19, should be allowed not to take PCR tests and not to be quarantined while traveling in the EU, says the European Commission

The European Commission has recommended that EU countries ease existing anti-COVID restrictions for those who will travel within the EU this summer, the organization's website says.

First of all, these measures should affect those who have already been vaccinated against COVID-19 and received the corresponding electronic certificate. The commission recommended canceling mandatory COVID-19 tests and quarantine for them when traveling around the community countries.

Those who have recovered from COVID-19 were also advised to be released from testing or quarantine if they received their first positive test for SARS-Cov-2 less than 180 days ago. Children under the age of six should also be exempt from travel-related testing.
