Petersburg hospital responded to reports of queues of ambulances

Monday is traditionally the peak of hospitalizations after the weekend. This was reported to RBC in the press service of the Pokrovskaya Hospital in St. Petersburg, commenting on the report that queues of ambulances with patients with CORONAVIRUS had been standing near the hospital since the night.
The hospital assured that the staff of the medical institution is equipped with everything necessary and works in an enhanced mode. “At the stage of hospitalization, seven medical teams work, and a wide range of examinations are performed on incoming patients, including CT, ECG, PCR for covid-19 , blood tests, consultations of specialists in concomitant diseases, which is time-consuming. Disinfection is carried out after each patient,” the hospital said.

Currently, all patients receive the necessary medical care, the institution added.
