The initiative to extend restrictive measures for the unvaccinated to hypermarkets was made by the heads of Bashkir cities. They noted that thousands of people pass through these retail premises every day, but hypermarkets are not subject to the requirements for buyers to have the appropriate documents, as in shopping centers.
Khabirov supported this proposal and instructed to make the necessary changes to the decree on high alert in connection with the threat of the spread of coronavirus.
