New anti-COVID restrictions come into force in Bashkiria

On Monday, October 18, the third stage of anti-COVID restrictions began to operate in Bashkiria. They were introduced by amendments made by the HEAD of the region, Radiy Khabirov, to the decree on high alert on the territory of the republic on October 1.

From today, to visit baths, saunas, solariums, fitness centers, swimming pools, cafes and restaurants (with a capacity of 50 or more people), residents of the republic must present a certificate of vaccination against covid-19 , a certificate of infection transferred within six months or a negative result PCR test for CORONAVIRUS. The rules also apply to beauty salons, spas, cosmetics and massage parlors.

New restrictions due to the increase in the incidence of COVID-19 in Bashkiria are being introduced in stages and do not apply to citizens under the age of 18. From October 4, it is necessary to present documents on covid safety in state and municipal cultural institutions: museums, exhibition halls, theaters, cinemas, libraries, cultural centers and concert halls. Since October 12, they have been demanded in shopping centers of the region and in private cultural institutions. Without certificates and certificates, it is impossible to purchase a ticket for intercity buses and the Orlan commuter train.

As RBC Ufa reported, from October 27, to visit all these sites, you will need a certificate of transferred COVID-19 or a certificate of vaccination. The document on a negative PCR test will cease to be the basis for admission to these institutions.

According to the regional operational headquarters, the number of registered cases of COVID-19 is approaching 77 thousand. Since the beginning of the pandemic, more than 2.1 thousand people have become victims of the coronavirus infection. On October 13, the region introduced a regime of self-isolation for unvaccinated citizens over 65 years old. They can leave the house from 11 am to 1 pm to shops, pharmacies, banks, communication stores, and travel out of town. Limitations are associated with high mortality in this age group of patients.

The chief sanitary DOCTOR of the republic, Anna Kazak, signed a decree on mandatory vaccination according to epidemiological indications: at least 80% of elderly citizens, as well as teachers, medical staff, officials, military, law enforcement officers, workers of social institutions, trade and services must be vaccinated. They must complete their vaccinations by December 18th.
