From June 22, a number of institutions of the republic will begin to work according to the new rules, approved by amendments to the decree on high alert. At the first stage, the restrictions will mainly affect cultural institutions (museums, theaters, cinemas, libraries, etc.), and from June 29, the requirements will apply to cafes, restaurants, fitness centers, swimming pools and other organizations.

Trade facilities will not be affected by the changes, while visiting food courts in shopping centers will be subject to the same rules as other catering establishments, Minister of Trade and Services Alexei Gusev said at a briefing on Saturday, June 19. Administrators of cafes and restaurants will check the availability of certificates.

Access to the organization will be open if there is a certificate or certificate of vaccination, including the first stage, or a document from a medical organization on the presence of contraindications to vaccination or a certificate with a negative PCR test result for covid-19 .

For fitness centers, the final rules for the admission of visitors will be formed in the near future, Deputy Minister of Youth Policy and Sports Elza Karamurzina said. According to her, representatives of the fitness industry have a lot of questions about compliance with the new rules, the answers to which the agency will provide answers next week.

In cultural institutions, certificates will begin to be required from Tuesday, June 22. According to the Minister of Culture Amina Shafikova, libraries and houses of culture will work all summer, theaters will end the season on June 30 - those who have not had time to get vaccinated will be able to return their tickets or exchange them for autumn performances.

Over the past day, 15.3 thousand people were vaccinated in Bashkiria. Over the past two days, vaccination rates have increased by 30%. The Ministry of HEALTH assures that there will be enough drugs for everyone, but it is possible that in some cases the vaccine will have to wait.

“We work all weekends - on Saturday and Sunday, on Monday until 20:00. There are enough vaccines, at this pace, doctors are still coping. But the waiting time can be one or two days due to the queues that may occur. It is important to sign up for vaccination,” said Deputy Minister of Health Irina Kononova.
