In Bashkiria, two people died from coronavirus per day.

Two people have died from CORONAVIRUS over the past day in Bashkiria. Thus, the number of deaths from the infection in the republic amounted to 483 people. This is reported by the regional operational headquarters for the fight against covid-19 .

Over the past day, doctors have identified 89 new patients with coronavirus, the total number of cases has reached 36,677. 34,316 people have recovered, including 118 over the past day. 1878 more patients continue treatment in hospitals and outpatients.

During the day, 2957 tests for COVID-19 were performed in the laboratories of the region. The total number of studies is 2.98 million. The vaccination course has been completed for 215.4 thousand residents of Bashkiria, including 1986 people who received the second component of the vaccine on the last day.

As RBC Ufa reported, the day before, on May 13, the HEAD of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, again amended the decree on high alert. The latest amendments concern the organization of recreation and education of children. In particular, parents are allowed to attend events in schools and kindergartens upon presentation of a passport, as well as a document confirming that they have been vaccinated against the coronavirus or a certificate of the presence of antibodies to the infection.

Also, the head of the region allowed to take out organized groups of children for summer holidays and canceled the recommendation to use emergency entrances to the buildings of educational institutions to separate the flow of students.
