As RBC Ufa reported, deputies of the republican parliament may support the draft amendments to the federal law "On the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population." The document provides for mandatory verification of QR codes in public places. According to the Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultai of Bashkiria Konstantin Tolkachev, the use of electronic certificates is the best solution compared to lockdown or quarantine. The deputies plan to consider the bill and prepare a review at the next plenary session today, November 25.

To date, Bashkiria has a regional decree on high alert. The document provides for mandatory verification of QR codes when visiting shopping centers, hypermarkets, fitness centers, swimming pools, cultural institutions and sporting events. In addition, from December 1, it will be possible to check into republican sanatoriums, hotels and hotels only upon presentation of a certificate of vaccination against coronavirus, a certificate of a past illness or a medical exemption from vaccination along with a negative result of PCR testing.
