Passengers of Aeroflot international flights should arrive at Sheremetyevo Airport in advance to avoid queues. This was reported to RBC by the official representative of the airline Mikhail Demin.
According to Demin, the service time for passengers who fly abroad at Terminal D has increased due to additional checks of documents, including the results of PCR tests for coronavirus. “Verification of such documents is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the country of destination and is the responsibility of the airline,” Demin said.
The representative of Aeroflot also warned that in the area of the Northern Terminal Complex of Sheremetyevo, due to the repair of the forecourt of Terminal B and the construction of the Aeroexpress station, traffic difficulties are possible. Demin explained that PCR tests are checked only in Terminal D for international flights. “PCR is not required on domestic flights in Terminal B,” an airline spokesman said.
