Tyumen enterprises have doubled the need for shift workers

In the Tyumen region, the number of vacancies for which a rotational work method is provided increased by 2.2 times over the year.

As Elizaveta Churina, regional representative of Avito Rabota in the Urals, told RBC Tyumen, the top 3 in terms of the share of vacancies include the groups of professions "Construction" (30%), "Production, raw materials, agriculture" (21%) and "Transport, logistics” (20%).

“In all industries, shift workers are offered a median salary (the amount that 50% of employees receive more and less) in the amount of 90 thousand rubles. Specialists in the automotive business can count on the highest median earnings - 110 thousand rubles. In second place in terms of wages is the transport and logistics sector - 105 thousand rubles, in third place is construction, where companies are ready to pay 99 thousand rubles each, ”said Elizaveta Churina.

She also noted that employers offer rotational employment not only to qualified personnel, but also to applicants without experience and specialty.

“When looking for a job, candidates need to pay attention to a detailed description of duties and working conditions, read employee reviews of the enterprise on the Internet,” the expert advised.
