Tyumen authorities are looking for an investor for a bankrupt fish factory

The fish processing plant of Era-98 LLC in the village of Ushakov, Tyumen Region, has suspended its work. The decision on the bankruptcy of the enterprise was made by the Tyumen Arbitration Court, writes 72.ru  

“The court decided to declare Era-98 LLC bankrupt and appoint a bankruptcy trustee, Aleksey Valeryevich Sinko, for a period of six months. Approve him a monetary reward in the amount of 30 thousand rubles a month at the expense of the debtor's property, ”the court ruling says.

The total debt of the enterprise is 299.7 million rubles, according to the case file. 

The press service of the Tyumensky region commented on the situation: “According to the management of the enterprise, the plant is closed for conservation, it will not be launched until October 2022. Now the issue is being resolved with the choice of the direction of the enterprise in the conditions of new realities and taking into account the needs of the market. A new raw material and sales base is being developed.”

According to open data, the co-founder of the plant is the Investment Agency of the Tyumen Region fund, which owns 73.64% of the shares. They specified that the decision on the bankruptcy of the enterprise was made in the summer of 2021. 

“Now there is a search for investors and negotiations with potential partners. All contacts of the employees are available, and when the enterprise resumes operation, we will inform them about the further fate of the plant,” said Nikolai Purtov, general director of the fund.
