Tour operators announced new restrictions in Turkey for vaccinated Russians

From September 14, Russian tourists with vaccination certificates can enter Turkey only for those vaccinated with Sputnik V or another vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Turkey. This is stated in the messages published on the websites of tour operators ANEX Tour and PEGAS Touristik, as well as the Association of Tour Operators of Russia.

“Starting from 09/14/2021, the Republic of Turkey accepts only Sputnik V from Russian vaccines. Tourists with other Russian vaccines who fly on vacation on 09/14/2021 and later must have a negative PCR test result or an antigen test result with them,” it says. in the ANEX Tour message.

At the same time, it is specified that the vaccination certificate must be in English, indicating the data of the foreign passport, as well as with a QR code.

Thus, the certificates of Russians vaccinated by EpiVacKorona or KoviVak will not be recognized by the Turkish authorities.
