Tula authorities canceled the requirement for QR codes when visiting the mall

In the Tula region, the authorities have eased CORONAVIRUS restrictions, in particular, the requirement to present a QR code when visiting shopping and entertainment centers has been canceled. The corresponding decree was signed by the HEAD of the region Alexei Dyumin, the document is posted on the portal of legal acts of the Tula region.

“[The decision was made] based on the current epidemiological situation and taking into account the proposals of the Chief Sanitary DOCTOR of the Tula Region,” the regional authorities explained on FACEBOOK.

The decree also allows restaurants, bars and cafes to open at night without restrictions on the number of visitors in the premises, however, you can only visit catering establishments upon presentation of a QR code for vaccination, previous illness or a negative PCR test result taken no later than 72 hours , noted in the administration. The document also allows attendance at business events with more than 20 participants, not only with a vaccination QR code, but also with a disease QR code.

The regional authorities also announced that from December 6, catering establishments will be able to serve groups of visitors in which more than 10 people.
