
Boris Titov, the Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights under the President of RUSSIA, demanded that Russians be allowed to be vaccinated with foreign vaccines against CORONAVIRUS, which are certified by the World HEALTH Organization (WHO). The Ombudsman stated this during a working trip to St. Petersburg, TASS reports.
“We still require certification of foreign vaccines. People should have a choice: they should be able to choose any of the WHO-certified vaccines,” Titov said.

According to the Ombudsman, the Russian Sputnik V vaccine is not certified by the WHO, but Russian residents should be able to get certified vaccines. At the same time, Titov added that in Russia, “at many enterprises, most people are vaccinated.”
The HEAD of the Ministry of Health, Mikhail Murashko, reported that several foreign manufacturers had applied for registration of their coronavirus vaccines in Russia.
