The Daily Beast Predicts Trump's Recall of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines

He told the publication that a decision to pull the vaccine from the U.S. market would be made “within months,” even though it would likely cause “chaos” and have legal implications. Malhotra also said Kennedy Jr.’s inner circle was surprised by the continued use of the vaccines.

Malhotra said the skepticism around the health minister about a COVID-19 vaccine was due to a 2022 paper by a group of doctors, university professors and researchers published in the journal Vaccine.

The peer-reviewed article looked at a secondary analysis of “serious adverse events reported in clinical trials of the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines in adults” and found that those who received the mRNA vaccines had a 16% higher risk of “excess serious adverse events” than those in the placebo group.

White House spokesman Kush Desai told the publication that the administration relies on science and is committed to radical transparency in decision-making, but called any reports about the US Health Department's activities "baseless speculation" unless they have been officially announced.
