Demand for doctors in the Kama region has almost doubled in two years

In two years, the demand for doctors in Permsky has almost doubled - by 91% in January-May 2021 compared to the same period the year before. In general, in Russia, the demand for doctors has grown by 82% over 2 years. The study was prepared by hh.ru specialists.

The strongest demand for doctors grew in the Kirov region (+312%), but only the Republic of Altai (-1%) showed a negative trend over two years.

Most often, employers were looking for nurses (4.7% of vacancies), therapists (3.6%), pharmacists (2.9%), pediatricians (1.8%), neurologists (1.5%), paramedics (1 .4%), anesthesiologists-resuscitators (1.3%), veterinarians (1.2%), ophthalmologists (1.1%) and ultrasound doctors (1%).

The average offered salary for doctors in the Perm Territory was 40 thousand rubles, in the country as a whole - 45 thousand rubles. Interestingly, the proposed salary for doctors whose work is directly related to Covid-19 is an average of 20 thousand rubles. higher.

In turn, the number of applicants in the field of "Medicine, Pharmaceuticals" for two years has grown by 30% in the Perm region, by 33% in the Volga Federal District and by 45% in Russia.

The number of those wishing to find a job in medicine grew the most in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug - the resumes of doctors increased by 400%. And vice versa, the number of “medical” resumes decreased the most in the Republic of Mordovia – by 30%.

“In the Perm Territory, there are only 1.1 resumes per medical vacancy today - the area is experiencing an acute shortage of personnel. The situation is complicated by the fact that medical specialties that are most in demand in hospitals are often not popular among applicants,” Anna Osipova, head of the press service of hh.ru Ural, notes.
