Law enforcement authorities have detained the founder of the processing company ChronoPay Pavel Vrublevsky, a law enforcement source told RBC. According to the interlocutor of RBC, searches are being carried out at the addresses of residence of Vrublevsky and his parents in Moscow and the Moscow region. 

Vrublevsky did not answer calls from RBC. 

REN TV also reported on the detention of Vrublevsky. According to him, the businessman is on trial for fraud, he was taken for interrogation to the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. 

In 2013, Vrublevsky was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for a DDos attack. At the request of the FSB, he was arrested in 2011, and in 2013 Vrublevsky's case went to trial. The entrepreneur was accused of organizing a DDoS attack on the Assist payment system, which was a competitor to his Chronopay, which made it impossible to pay for electronic tickets on the website of the main client of the system, Aeroflot, for several days.
