Due to the imposed sanctions, the Yubileiny agricultural holding has postponed the expansion of the workshop, which produces semi-finished products of the fresh category, one of the positions of which is ready-made shish kebab. it was previously planned to put it into operation at the end of April.
The demand for MEAT for roasting, schnitzels, kebabs and sausages for frying increased by 5% in 2021. The expansion of the workshop will increase its capacity to 40 tons per day, which is twice the current one, and cover the need of the region's residents for a number of products. Investments in the project before the growth of the exchange rate were estimated at 125 million rubles.
In the "Yubileiny" RBC Tyumen they said that the frame of the building is almost ready. However, the launch of the new production line, according to preliminary forecasts, will be postponed to mid-May. Currently, the agricultural holding is waiting for the delivery of equipment from Europe, since after the closure of the borders of Poland, suppliers are forced to look for alternative logistics opportunities. Equipment is expected to arrive during April in three phases.
“Starting from February-March of this year, the Russian Federation has been experiencing serious logistical problems. In the agricultural holding, due to their occurrence, there is a shift in the timing of the project for expanding the workshop for the production of semi-finished products of the fresh category. Tentatively, the workshop will start producing products by mid-May, ”Sergey Mamontov, General DIRECTOR, told RBC Tyumen.
