
The Bashkir Soda Company (BSK) announced plans to raise workers' wages by 12.5%. For other personnel of the enterprise, earnings will increase by 8.6%, said the general director of the enterprise, Eduard Davydov, at a meeting with the staff of the organization. Salary indexation will take place from January 1, 2022.
In 2021, the salaries of BSC workers also increased by 12.5% compared to 2020, for the rest of the company's employees - by 5%. Today, the average salary of the company's employees is 54.3 thousand rubles, which is 15.8% higher than last year.
For nine months of this year, the average salary at the BSC was equal to 50.4 thousand rubles, which is almost a quarter higher than the republican indicators (40.4 thousand rubles) and 21.5% higher than the average salary in Sterlitamak (41.4 thousand rubles). rubles).
Eduard Davydov noted that an increase in wages in an amount that outpaces inflation will allow reaching the industry average in the chemical industry. The annual increase in the earnings of employees is prescribed in the well-being program implemented by BSC, the company plans to reach the industry average level by 2025.
According to Rosstat, the average salary in the country in the production of chemicals and products from January to September 2021 amounted to 62.04 thousand rubles, an increase of 10% compared to the same period in 2020. For all types of economic activity, the average earnings for nine months in Russia is 54.4 thousand rubles, an increase compared to last year - 9.3%. According to Bashstat, in Bashkiria, the salary in chemical production for January-September is 61.4 thousand rubles, which is 11.8% higher than last year's figures.
