“One of these cases is a violation of the provisions of federal law No. 157-FZ “On the immunoprophylaxis of infectious diseases.” it states that the lack of preventive vaccinations entails the refusal to hire or the removal of citizens from work, the performance of which is associated with a high risk of contracting infectious diseases, ”the Rostrud comments.

They also explained that in case of a threat of the spread of dangerous infectious diseases, the sanitary authorities can make decisions on preventive vaccinations for citizens or certain groups of citizens.

He argued that an employee who was not vaccinated against the CORONAVIRUS could be removed if the region had a decision by the chief sanitary DOCTOR on mandatory vaccination.
