Over the past year and a half - during the coronavirus pandemic - 39% of Russians have turned to management for an increase in salary, according to the SuperJob survey data (available from RBC).

The survey was conducted from 3 to 25 November among 2.5 thousand Russians over 18 in all districts of the country.

According to the study, of those who asked for a raise, 45% of respondents received it. Most often, we are talking about an increase of 10% - this was achieved by 15% of respondents. Another 10% of survey participants said that their salary was increased by 5%. 7% of respondents received an increase of 30% or more.

27% of Russians did not name the specific size of the increase. The survey participants, who did not name the management of a certain amount, received a salary increase mainly by 10%.
