
According to the Swiss Bankers Association, Russians can keep from 150 billion Swiss francs ($160 billion) to 200 billion Swiss francs ($213.95 billion) in offshore accounts in Swiss banks. it is reported by BLOOMBERG.
According to the Basel Bank for International Settlements, as of September 2021, Russian residents and companies held $11 billion in accounts in Switzerland, but this amount does not include brokerage accounts, investments or assets held through offshore companies.
Earlier this week, Credit Suisse Group CEO Thomas Gottstein said money held by Russian residents represents about 4% of assets in the bank's asset management division.
