Later, a message appeared on the government's website that flights would be resumed "on a reciprocal basis." As a result, flights between Moscow and Madrid, as well as Moscow and Barcelona will be operated 4 times a week. Passenger liners will fly from Moscow to Malaga and Alicante twice a week.
On the Moscow-Baghdad route, 2 flights will be operated per week, and planes from Moscow to Nairobi will fly with the same frequency. Flights to Bratislava will resume not only from Moscow (4 times a week), but also from St. Petersburg (2 times a week).
According to the Federal Tourism Agency, the entry of tourists into Kenya is currently allowed, but arrivals must present a certificate (in English) of a negative PCR test result for the SARS-COV-2 CORONAVIRUS that causes covid-19 , issued no earlier than 96 hours before arrival . In the absence of such a certificate, you will have to serve two weeks in quarantine.
In Spain and Slovakia, entry for tourists from Russia is closed.
