RUSSIA has officially resumed regular flights with Djibouti, Denmark, New Zealand, South Africa and Peru. Earlier, plans to resume flights were reported at the operational headquarters.

From Moscow to Djibouti, Wellington, Lima, Cape Town and Johannesburg, airlines will be able to operate two flights a week. There are also two flights a week from St. Petersburg to Copenhagen.

In addition, from October 5, Russian airlines will be able to operate flights to Goa and Delhi from Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as to Tenerife from Moscow.

Since September 21, Russia has resumed air communication with Iraq, Spain, Kenya and Slovakia on a reciprocal basis. At the same time, the number of flights to the resort cities of Egypt increased. Instead of 15 flights per week to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh, 25 flights per week will be operated from Moscow, and three flights per week from airports in other cities.
