
RUSSIA has increased the number of regular flights to Hungary, Germany and Sri Lanka on a reciprocal basis. The decision was made at a meeting of the operational headquarters to prevent the importation and spread of a new CORONAVIRUS infection on February 12.
The number of flights from Moscow to Budapest has doubled - from seven to 14, and from St. Petersburg - from four to seven per week. Planes to the capital of Sri Lanka, Colombo, now take off four times a week. Flights from Kaliningrad to Berlin fly six times a week, and to Düsseldorf five times a week.
Flights were also resumed from the international airports of Nizhnevartovsk, Stavropol, Khanty-Mansiysk, Yakutsk and Abakan to previously opened destinations.

Before flying, the operational headquarters recommends that Russians get vaccinated to protect against coronavirus infection. So, Russians do not need a vaccination certificate to enter Hungary. In its absence, it is necessary to provide a negative PCR test, made no earlier than 72 hours before entry.
