In RUSSIA, it is not planned to introduce new anti-coronavirus measures, including for those entering from abroad, the information that has spread about this is not true, Rospotrebnadzor said.

“In social networks, messages are actively spreading about the return of “border covid control as at the peak of the pandemic.” Rospotrebnadzor emphasizes: this information is not true, ”the department’s publication on the TELEGRAM channel says.

Earlier, information appeared on the Web that passengers arriving at Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport from Turkey were checked with a thermal imager without letting them out of the plane before, and they were also required to fill out questionnaires similar to those issued to those arriving at the peak of the epidemic.

Rospotrebnadzor explained that, according to the decision of the chief state sanitary DOCTOR of October 17, testing is possible for those arriving from countries with a difficult epidemiological situation. The requirement to fill out questionnaires for those returning from abroad also continues to apply. At the same time, there is no talk of any new restrictions, the department stressed.
