This is stated in the order of the chief state sanitary DOCTOR Anna Popova, which is published on the portal of legal information.
The document says that from July 30, Russian citizens who come from abroad will have to post the results of PCR tests on a single portal of public services within four calendar days, and not three, as it is now.

According to the decree, citizens within three calendar days from the date of arrival in Russia must be tested for COVID-19 by PCR, and until the result is received, observe the isolation regime at the place of residence or stay.
