The former mayor of Yekaterinburg, Yevgeny Roizman, was prosecuted under Art. 20.1.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disrespect for the authorities), he faces from 30 thousand rubles. up to 100 thousand rubles a fine due to a publication with a question about the words of the HEAD of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergei Lavrov. The politician announced this on Twitter.

The case card on the website of the Oktyabrsky District COURT of Yekaterinburg states that the case was received by the judge on May 6, and its consideration is scheduled for 14:30 (12:30 Moscow time) on May 25. So far, there has been no word on the court's decision.

On April 11, Lavrov, on the air of the RUSSIA 24 TV channel, said that the military operation of the Russian forces in Ukraine is designed to prevent the “reckless course” of the complete dominance of the United States together with its allies in the world. “Domination, which is built with gross violations of international law. Roizman responded to Lavrov's words with an obscene question.
